Administrative Formalities of Receivability

After the formalities at the shipping agency and at customs, the customer or his representative (customs clearing agents) with all the required documents goes to the Appointment section of OTR for the administrative formalities of receivability (delivery, reception, unpacking, packing and inspection of containers).

The Appointment section checks the compliance of the files with the requirements (OTR, Customs and shipping Agency), records the transaction information and delivers the Terminal Access to the customer after payment of OTR invoice and invoices from other issuing organizations. Any change or modification of the transaction requires a new administrative formality which will result in the issue of a new Terminal Access.
